What we do. We provide software and consulting services for marketing automation and demos. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information, including through our SMS program (“Program”).

Information we collect. We collect contact details you give us (name, email, phone, company), messages you send to us by SMS or forms, and basic usage data (for example, IP address and timestamps) to run and improve our services.

How we use information. We use information to provide demos and services you request, send confirmations and reminders you ask for, reply to questions, maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

SMS Program (A2P). If you opt in, you may receive texts about demo confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and service information from Desert Commerce LLC. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions.

Opt in, help, and stop. You can opt in by submitting a web form with a consent checkbox, by texting a keyword (for example, DEMO) to our published number, or by giving documented verbal consent. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected]. To opt out, reply STOP at any time. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming the opt-out. You may re-subscribe by texting START.

No sale or sharing of mobile data. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your number with service providers only to operate the Program (for example, our CRM and SMS delivery partners) under confidentiality.

Cookies and analytics. We use basic cookies/analytics to measure site usage and improve performance. You can manage cookies in your browser.

Sharing information. We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers who support our operations and with authorities when required by law.

Retention and security. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
